JTEKT’s basic approach towards machine design is to minimize displacement caused by external forces that may impact on cutting accuracy. The rigid bed of the FV6000Z provides the answer to withstanding large cutting resistance as well as inertial forces of feed acceleration and deceleration.
Fixture configuration has been made simple and tooling design easy by clearing the cutting area of piping and hosing for hydraulic/air supply. Hydraulic fixtures can be supported by including an optional hydraulic supply source. Hydraulic oil and air is supplied by hydraulic pressure ports installed on the table surface and distributors within the tilt table.
